Studio Types
Efficiency Studio
No Kitchen. Basic efficiency unit comes with refrigerator and microwave only. Various layouts, approximate sizes 10x10, 12'x 12 and 12x14'.
All units have newer appliances, hardwood floors, ceiling fan and upgraded bathroom fixtures.
Water included. Tenant pays electric and cable/Internet. A/C units not provided. Units purchased are required to be installed by Angelus Apartments for a nominal charge.

Standard Studio
Two layouts, one with full bath and large mirror closet (standard #2) and one with a half bath and separate kitchen (standard #1).
All units have newer appliances, hardwood floors, gas stoves, ceiling fan and upgraded bathroom cabinets and fixtures.
Cooking gas, water AND TRASH REMOVAL included. Tenant pays electric and cable/Internet. A/C units not provided. Units purchased are required to be installed by Angelus Apartments for a nominal charge.

Corner Studio
Larger units located in the four corners of the building, most with large walk-in closets. All units have newer appliances, hardwood floors, gas stoves, ceiling fan and upgraded bathroom cabinets and fixtures.
